About This Role

We seek a creative and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role involves identifying and engaging with prospects, focusing on marketing, media and research decision-makers. The ideal candidate should be a compelling communicator, both verbally and in writing. We are seeking a candidate with robust sales experience and a demonstrated history of success, that is able to push a prospect from lead to closed deal and who is eager to bring their expertise and achievements to the team.

You Are:

  • A gifted communicator, adept at both oral and written communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic in your approach.
  • A team player who can self-start.
  • Driven by results and guiding prospects through the funnel.
  • You understand that a lot of sales start with a “No”.
  • Not afraid to keep nurturing leads with content.


  • Prospecting new opportunities through phone, social media, and email.
  • Actively identifying and pursuing (qualified) leads and closing deals using your network and prospect lists.
  • Rigorously managing and pushing your leads in/through HubSpot
  • Representing our company and products at marketing events and various platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with the founders to develop strategies, target priorities, and craft messaging.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Robust Sales Experience with a demonstrated history of succes in Western markets.
  • Experience or interest in digital marketing, brain science, Ads and YouTube.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Additional language skills (German, French) are a plus.
